1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fix-Go mobile application and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Fix-Go provides a technology platform that connects users with third-party service providers across multiple categories in the United Arab Emirates, including:

• Vehicle Services: Car towing (Normal, Sports & VIP), pickup trucks, bike towing, and car cleaning.
• Moving Services: House moving and furniture transportation.
• Other Services: JCP rental and construction material delivery.
• Water Services: Drinking and normal water tank delivery.

We do not provide the actual services ourselves; we are the intermediary that facilitates the booking, connection, and payment process between users and professional service providers.

3. User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old to request services. You agree to provide accurate information including location, service requirements, and any relevant details at the time of booking. For vehicle-related services, you must provide accurate vehicle details and hold valid documentation as required by UAE law.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are handled securely through the Fix-Go app using UAE-compliant payment gateways. Pricing is determined based on service type, distance, quantity, and current demand. Once a service provider has been dispatched or service has commenced, the service fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made before the service provider departs are subject to our standard cancellation policy, which may include cancellation fees.

5. Liability

While we vet all service providers in our network through rigorous background checks and professional verification, Fix-Go is not liable for any damages to your property, vehicles, or belongings during the service process. Any claims must be settled directly with the third-party service provider, though our support team will facilitate the process and provide necessary assistance.

6. Geographic Limitation

Fix-Go services are strictly limited to the territory of the United Arab Emirates. We provide coverage across all seven Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. We do not provide cross-border services at this time.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 24/7 service availability, certain services may have limited availability depending on location, time, and service provider capacity. Fix-Go does not guarantee immediate service fulfillment and response times may vary.
