1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FIX-GO mobile application and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
FIX-GO provides a technology platform that connects users with third-party car recovery and towing service providers in the United Arab Emirates. We do not provide the actual towing services ourselves; we are the intermediary that facilitates the booking and payment process.
3. User Obligations
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid UAE driving license (or legal equivalent) to request services. You agree to provide accurate location information and vehicle details at the time of booking.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are handled securely through the FIX-GO app. Pricing is determined based on distance, vehicle type, and current demand. Once a recovery truck has reached your location, the service fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made before the truck departs are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
5. Liability
While we vet all service providers in our network, FIX-GO is not liable for any damages to your vehicle during the recovery process. Any claims must be settled directly with the third-party service provider, though our support team will facilitate the process.
6. Geographic Limitation
FIX-GO services are strictly limited to the territory of the United Arab Emirates. We do not provide cross-border recovery at this time.
